'20 Kgs Transformation | Personality Development | Fitness Track Gym'

'Before I was very skinny and had uneven body posture so, at that time I realized that I need to go to the gym to fix it, and got self-motivated.  I\'m Shubham Sharma 21. I am working out in FTG at Subhanpura branch for the past 3 years. I am recently doing my graduation.  My friends influenced me to follow fitness icons like Arnold. Through that, I got very much inspired by his fitness technics.   Because of gymming, my confidence is increased and self insecurities are gone. I was tracking my transformation regularly by noticing my weight and measuring my arms and thighs.  Basically, in body workout, my main focus is the chest. Normally my diet includes non-veg, eggs and supplements. I use Whey Protein Isolate. I think according to your heavy workout you should take supplements. My next fitness goals are to maintain my strengthening and build a better body posture.  I would like to give advice to every beginner that, \" if you want to change then give it a start now otherwise there is no tomorrow \"'
